摘要
建立食品基质标准物质研制的方法流程。对大米粉样品中的镉元素定值,并评价定值的不确定度。采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体-质谱法对样品中镉含量进行检测,并评价其均匀性和长期稳定性。共8家实验室协作定值,并对定值的步骤进行不确定度评估。样品的均匀性和长期稳定性满足标准物质制备的要求,定值结果为(0.241±0.044)mg/kg。本研究对大米粉中镉含量进行了检测、定值及定值不确定度分析。研制流程和结果符合标准物质定值的要求。
The present research was to establish a development process of reference material for Cadmium in rice flour,to determine the value of Cadmium in the sample of the rice flour and evaluate the uncertainty of the determined value.Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma-mass-spectrography was used to determine the concentration of Cadmium in rice flour and evaluate the homogeneity and stability of the material.Homogeneity and stability test were completed.The contents of Cadmium in rice were(0.241±0.044)mg/kg.The content of Cadmium in rice flour was determined and assignment.The development process and the result conformed to the standard material fixed value requirement.
