数值模拟技术在粮食干燥过程中应用的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,数值模拟技术在我国粮食干燥研究中应用广泛。采用计算机模拟粮食干燥的过程,具有运行成本低、效率高以及不受环境限制等特点,是产后粮食初加工的重要研究方向。本文在粮食干燥领域数值模拟技术应用数学模型分析基础上,梳理其解析方法与仿真模拟软件,概述了粮食干燥过程中用数值模拟技术探究各干燥物理场分布规律的研究进展以及为提高干燥效率及粮食品质对干燥设备与工艺参数的优化研究。研究发现目前粮食干燥过程仿真存在模拟精度不高,建模及数值解析软件间的衔接性与兼容性不良,粮食品质变化机理研究不够深入等问题,在此基础上对粮食干燥领域未来研究的方向做出展望,也为数值模拟技术在该领域的深入研究提供参考。 In recent years,numerical simulation technology has being widely used in the research of grain drying.At present,applying computer to simulate the process of grain drying,which features low operating cost,high efficiency,and free from environmental restriction,is one of the main methods of grain drying experiment and post harvest primary processing.Based on the analysis of mathematical models applied to numerical simulation technology in grain drying,the analytical methods and simulation software have been sorted out.The progress of the study of the distribution of various drying physics in the process of grain drying,and the optimization of drying equipment and process parameters were summarized in this paper,thereby improving drying efficiency and grain quality.By combing through the application examples in the research of grain drying that were solved by this technology,it was found that there were some problems in the numerical simulation of the grain drying process,namely,the simulation accuracy was low,the interface and compatibility between modeling and numerical analysis software was poor,and research on the mechanism of grain quality changes were insufficient.On this basis,the future research direction of the grain drying field was forecasted,which provided a reference for promoting in-depth research on this technology in the field of grain drying.
