进入21世纪以来,国际形势变化较大,国际局势逐渐趋向缓和方向发展,经济全球化以及社会信息化程度持续深化,科技手段迅猛发展,全球范围内各个国家综合国力竞争愈发强烈,然而,综合国力方面的竞争从本质上而言就是各个国家人才的竞争。本文以成人高等教育思想政治工作的基本内涵入手,分析了信息化时代下成人高等教育中思想政治工作创新面临的困境,提出了信息化时代下成人高等教育中思想政治工作创新策略。

Since the beginning of the new century,the international situation has changed greatly,the international situation is gradually tending to ease,the economic globalization and the degree of social informatization continue to deepen,the rapid development of scientific and technological means,the competition of comprehensive national strength of various countries in the world is becoming more and more intense,however,the competition of comprehensive national strength is essentially the competition of talents of various countries.
