浙江省大湾区产业发展建设势在必行,做好高技能人才培养创新至关重要,是提高产业经济发展水平核心关键。本文以艺术设计专业为例,通过探究国内外大湾区高技能人才培养差异,分析浙江省大湾区建设发展背景下高技能人才培养需求,为后续阶段大湾区教育发展提供部分基础参考。

The industrial development and construction of the Greater Bay Area in Zhejiang Province is imperative.This article takes the art design profession as an example,explores the differences in the training of high-skilled talents in the Greater Bay Area at home and abroad,analyzes the demand for high-skilled talents under the background of the construction and development of the Greater Bay Area in Zhejiang Province,and provides some basic references for the subsequent development of the Greater Bay Area.
