师范院校构建德育体系的探索

An Exploration on Building up the Moral System in Normal Colleges

师范院校大学生思想政治教育工作紧跟新时代,立德树人是百年大计,关系学生的健康成长,关乎祖国的发展运势。结合本学校完善学生德育培养体系的工作,思考具有普适性的师范院校德育体系,对形成行业指导意见提供参考,有效提升师范院校德育工作能力,促进学生规范德育认知、深厚德育情感、专坚德育意志、师范德育行为。重点梳理本学校“三个途径三个着力三全育人”的德育模式,主要探索师范院校构建德育体系的途径、方法。

The ideological and political education to the normal college students should keep pace with the times.And it is a great plan in the long run,which relates to the students’healthy growth and our nation’s development.Combined with the work on perfecting the students’moral cultivating system in the author’s college,the paper aims to think about the moral system which may be popularized in higher vocational normal colleges,offer some reference ideas to similar institutes,efficiently enhance the working competence of morality in higher vocational normal colleges,and promote the students’understanding of morality,deepen moral feelings,strengthen moral wills and standardize moral behaviors.In addition,the paper focuses on clarifying the moral mode of three approaches,three keys,three-wide education in the author’s college and mainly makes an exploration of the approaches and methods of constructing moral system in higher vocational normal colleges.
