摘要
现阶段,职业院校在不断的发展和改革,根据最新的职业教育改革方案,国家要求培养双元化的人才,即一个学生除了拥有自身的学历证书外,还可以拥有多个职业技能等级证书,其目的主要是为了培养多元化的人才。在当下社会,复合型人才的需求量越来越高。为了符合现阶段国家和企业的要求,各个职业院校实行“1+X”证书能够有效地、有针对性地培养当前国家需要的人才,也能为职业院校的发展开辟新的路径。
At this stage,vocational colleges are constantly developing and reforming.According to the latest vocational education reform plan,the state requires the cultivation of dual talents,that is,a student can possess multiple vocational skills in addition to his own academic qualifications.In order to meet the requirements of the country and enterprises at this stage,the implementation of the“1+X”certificate in various vocational colleges can effectively and specifically train the talents that the country needs,and it can also open up a new path for the development of vocational colleges.
