摘要
将人力资源教育管理融入高校大学生就业能力培养,有助于更好地提高大学生专业就业素质。高校需要基于当前就业发展趋势,积极做好大学生就业教育体系完善,优化大学生就业教育策略,提高大学生就业发展能力。
The integration of human resource education and management into the cultivation of college students’employability is helpful to improve the professional employment quality of college students.Based on the current employment development trend,colleges and universities need to actively improve the employment education system of college students,optimize the employment education strategy of college students,and improve the employment development ability of college students.
