基于校企合作模式下高校护理实践教学培养体系研究

新时代教育环境下,以校企合作模式为依托,构建高校护理实践教学培养体系,对推动国家护理行业及教育事业发展有着重要意义。本文以校企合作教育模式相关概述入手,分析了校企合作模式下高校护理实践教学培养体系建设意义,阐述了高校护理实践教学培养体系存在的问题,最终提出基于校企合作模式下高校护理实践教学培养体系构建策略。

Under the educational environment of the new era,it is of great significance to build a nursing practice teaching and training system in colleges and universities based on the school-enterprise cooperation model to promote the development of the national nursing industry and education.Starting with the relevant overview of school-enterprise cooperative education mode,this paper analyzes the significance of the construction of nursing practice teaching and training system in colleges and universities under the school-enterprise cooperative education mode,expounds the problems existing in the system,and finally puts forward the construction strategy of nursing practice teaching and training system in colleges and universities under the school-enterprise cooperative education mode.
