文章分析了目前大学英语教学与实际应用相脱轨,学生综合素质和能力低下的问题,提出“以赛促学,以赛促教”的教学模式,旨在进行大学英语的教学改革。本文通过解析“以赛促学,以赛促教”教学模式的内涵,探讨其在大学英语课程中的实施路径,认为“以赛促学,以赛促教”教学模式对于推动大学英语教学改革、激发学生的学习主动性、提高学生的实践能力以及提升教师的综合素质和能力等方面有着非常重要的价值意义。

This paper analyzes the derailment of current college English teaching and practical application,students’low comprehensive quality and ability,putting forward the teaching mode of“Promoting Learning through Competition and Promoting Teaching through Competition”in order to carry out the teaching reform of college English.This paper also inquires into its implementation path in college English curriculum by analyzing the connotation of the teaching mode and deems that the teaching mode plays a very important role in promoting the teaching reform of college English,stimulating students’learning initiative,improving students’practical ability and teachers’comprehensive quality and ability.
