摘要
尼龙作为结构性材料,可以通过玻璃纤维和其它填料填充的方式,增强改性、提高性能和扩大应用范围。尼龙改性材料在汽车领域中的应用主要在汽车零部件、汽车内饰件和外装件,用于汽车发动机的尼龙改性材料,除了需要有较好的耐磨性能,还对耐温性有一定要求,要求高温下3000 h物理机械性能保持率能达到70%以上。
As a structural material,nylon can be reinforced and modified by filling glass fiber and other fillers to improve performance and expand the application range.The application of modified nylon material in the field of automobile is mainly in automobile parts,automobile interior decorations and exterior fittings.Nylon modified material used in automobile engines not only needs good wear resistance,but also has certain requirements on temperature resistance,requiring that the retention rate of physical and mechanical properties can reach more than 70%at high temperature for 3000h.
