摘要
盐湖自然条件下晒制成合格的卤水所需要的时间与盐湖工业生产效率有着密切的联系。在温度19℃~21℃,湿度9%~11%的条件下,分别研究不同浓度的氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化镁水溶液自然蒸发的速率。实验结果表明,氯化盐浓度从100 g/L增加到200 g/L,氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化镁蒸发速率分别降低11.82%、13.64%、15.53%,说明溶液浓度越大蒸发速率越慢,且相同浓度下氯化镁对蒸发速率影响最大。这与溶液黏度和表面张力等因素有关。通过研究不同盐溶液对卤水蒸发效率的影响为提高生产效率和科学研究提供依据。
The time required to make qualified brine under natural conditions is closely related to the industrial production efficiency of saline.the rate of natural evaporation of different concentrations of sodium chloride,potassium chloride,magnesium chloride solution was investigated under the conditions of temperature:19℃~21℃and humidity:9%~11%respectively.The experimental results showed that the concentration of chloride increased from 100 g/L to 200 g/L,and the evaporation rate of sodium chloride,potassium chloride and magnesium chloride decreased by 11.82%,13.64%and 15.53%respectively,indicating that the larger the solution concentration,the slower the evaporation rate,and the magnesium chloride had the greatest effect on the evaporation rate at the same concentration.This is related to solution viscosity and surface tension.By studying the effect of different salt solutions on the evaporation efficiency of brine,the basis for improving production efficiency and scientific research is provided.
