摘要
FC蒸发结晶器广泛用于真空制盐行业,为获得纯度更高、粒度更大、粒度分布更均匀的产品,需要对优化蒸发结晶器结构,设置盐脚是其优化措施之一。文章以FC蒸发结晶器盐脚为研究对象,采用CFD方法,模拟研究了盐脚内液相流场的分布及晶体的悬浮情况。在模拟中考察了晶体粒径、淘洗卤水进料体积流量对盐脚内氯化钠晶体悬浮分布的影响,获得了盐脚内液相流场分布及氯化钠晶体悬浮分布。
FC evaporative crystallizer is widely used in the vacuum salt production.In order to obtain products with higher purity,larger particle size,and more uniform particle size distribution,it is necessary to optimize the structure of the FC evaporative crystallizer,Setting up salt leg is one of its optimization measures.The salt leg of the FC evaporative crystallizer were taken as the research object and uses the CFD method to simulate and study the distribution of the liquid flow field,and the suspension distribution of crystals in the salt leg.In the simulation,the influence of the crystal size and the volume flow of the elutriation brine feed on the suspension distribution of sodium chloride crystals in the salt foot was investigated.
