摘要
紧密型医联体下健全的人力资源管理体系有利于推动人力资源下沉,提升区域内人力资源配置效率和医疗质量,推动分级诊疗制度落地。笔者以深圳市罗湖医院集团的人力资源管理体系为研究对象,对其在人才招聘、人员流动、薪酬管理、人力共享、文化建设等方面的改革内容进行经验总结,为紧密型医联体在构建人力资源管理体系上提供可参考的思路。
A sound human resource management system under the compact medical cluster is conducive to promoting human resources to rural areas,improving the efficiency of human resource allocation and medical quality in the region,and promoting the implementation of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.The author takes the human resource management system of Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group as the research object,and summarizes its experience in the reform content of talent recruitment,personnel flow,salary management,human sharing,cultural construction,etc.,and builds a close medical cluster.Provide reference ideas on the human resource management system.
