三级医院护士绩效改革研究现状与热点分析

Research status and hotspot analysis of nurse performance reform in Grade Ⅲ hospitals

目的:通过文献计量探讨三级医院护士绩效改革相关研究,为护理管理者绩效改革决策和进一步研究提供参考。方法:应用文献计量学软件分析中国知网(CNKI)1994-2020年符合检索策略的文献。结果:共纳入文献231篇,年发文量整体呈上升趋势;刊文最多的期刊为《中国护理管理》,发文最多的机构为山西医科大学;形成了以孙燕和杨顺为主的两个核心作者群,其中孙燕以第一作者发文6篇;热点关键词为指标体系与评价模型构建、平衡记分卡、满意度、影响因素、胜任力,热点变化由指标体系、评价模型、影响因素向胜任力、组织认同、职业幸福感、离职意愿、工作负荷等方向转变。结论:三级医院护士绩效改革研究整体虽呈现上升趋势,但仍存在诸多研究限制。需进一步拓宽研究主题,把握研究热点和趋势,增加该领域研究丰度,为相应绩效改革政策提供参考。

Objective:To explore the related research on nurses'performance reform in GradeⅢhospitals through bibliometrics,and to provide references for decision-making and further research on performance reform of nursing managers.Methods:Bicomb2.0,SPSS24.0,and VOSviewer software were used to analyze the documents that met the search strategy of CNKI from 1994 to 2020.Results:A total of 231 articles were included,and the annual number of publications was on the rise;the journal with the most publications was"Chinese Nursing Management"with 10 articles,accounting for 4.33%of the publications.The institution with the most publications was the Shanxi Medical University,with 10 publications,accounting for 3.42%;Formed two core author groups with Sun Yan and Yang Shun as the main author,of which Sun Yan published 6 articles as the first author,accounting for 2.61%;The hot keywords are the index system and evaluation model construction,Balanced Scorecard,Satisfaction,Influencing Factors,Competence,and the hot spots change from the index system,evaluation model,and influencing factors to Competency,Organizational Identity,Professional Well-being,Turnover Willingness,Work Load,etc.Conclusion:Although the overall research on nurse performance reform in GradeⅢhospitals shows an upward trend,there are still many research limitations.It is necessary to further broaden research topics,grasp research hotspots and trends,increase the abundance of research in this field,and provide references for corresponding performance reform policies.
