摘要
随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,临床医疗对后勤服务要求越来越高,而医院设施老化、人力成本提高、服务模式滞后等因素制约了后勤服务效能的提升。本文分析了国内医院后勤管理存在的主要问题,基于国情,充分考虑文化传统并结合国外医院后勤管理激励制度,针对性提出重视人力资源管理、人员能力提升和与科室高亲和力的“一对一”管家服务模式,以促进后勤服务效能提升。
With the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,clinical medical services have increasingly higher requirements for logistics services,and factors such as the aging of hospital facilities,increased labor costs,and lagging service models have restricted the improvement of the efficiency of logistics services.This article analyzes the main problems in the logistics management of domestic hospitals.Based on the national conditions,fully considering the cultural traditions and combining the logistics management incentive system of foreign hospitals,this article puts forward the"one-on-one"that emphasizes human resource management,personnel capacity improvement and high affinity with departments.Butler service model to promote the efficiency of logistics services.
