摘要
循环水作为火电厂主要工业冷却介质,其在电厂安全生产过程中占有重要地位,如何控制与防范凝汽器及其它换热冷却器管化学腐蚀结垢是火电厂化学专业的重要课题之一,文章通过对火电厂循环水系统运行状况分析,深入探讨循环水腐蚀结垢影响因素,研究制定针对性控制措施,以进一步提高循环冷却水系统运行安全性与可靠性。
As the main industrial cooling medium of thermal power plant,circulating water played an important role in the safe production process of power plant.How to control and prevent the chemical corrosion and scaling of condenser and other heat exchanger cooler tubes is one of the important topics of chemical specialty of thermal power plant.This article analyzed the operation status of circulating water system of thermal power plant,deeply discussed the influencing factors of corrosion and scaling of circulating water,and studied the countermeasures in order to further improve the operation safety and reliability of the circulating cooling water system,targeted control measures are formulated.
