摘要
新一代人工智能技术驱动"智能+"智慧治理,从生产、生活、生态多层次全过程嵌入乡村建设当中。人工智能对乡村建设的嵌入既面对既有大数据技术在乡村应用的机遇,也面临着外部干预、空间利益争夺、技术利维坦等方面的障碍。以人文关怀与技术理性耦合为指向,以国土空间管控与空间品质优化为目标,以规范制定、精明增长与共同缔造为表现形式,人工智能嵌入乡村建设的条件已逐渐具备、技术路径已基本明确。
The embedding of artificial intelligence in rural construction is not only faced with the opportunities for the application of big data technology in rural areas,but also faced with obstacles such as external intervention,competition for space interests,and technical Leviathan.Coupling humanistic care with technological rationality,aiming at spatial control and spatial quality optimisation,and regulating smart growth and co-creation,the conditions for AI to be embedded in rural construction have gradually become available and the technical path is basically clear.
