哲学社会科学高端人才的分布及特征研究——基于国家社科基金重大项目首席专家的分析

Research on the Distribution and Characteristics of Highend Talents in Philosophy and Social Science:Based on the Analysis of the Chief Experts of Major Projects of the National Social Science Fund

人才对推动我国经济社会持续发展具有重要作用,是构建全方位、全领域、全要素的哲学社会科学体系的重要组成部分。该文以国家社科基金重大项目首席专家为对象,分析哲学社会科学高端人才的分布及特征。研究发现,高端人才呈现出正高、博士学历基本是必要条件,男性占绝对优势,年龄集中在40~59岁之间,三分之一有学科交叉的教育背景,五分之二有国内外高校工作变化经历等群体特征;同时,地域和高校方面呈现出整体分布相对均衡但人数不均衡的状况。作者在此建议加强学科交叉融合,搭建校内外交流平台,坚持全过程分类指导培育和对相对落后区域和高校的精准扶持。

Talents are of great significance to promoting the sustainable development of China’s economy and society,and are an important part of building a comprehensive,all-field,and all-element system of philosophy and social science.Taking the chief experts of major projects of the National Social Science Fund as the object,this paper analyzes the distribution and characteristics of high-end talents in philosophy and social science,and finds that they show the following group characteristics:a senior professional title and a doctoral degree are basically necessary conditions;males have an absolute advantage;the age is concentrated between 40~59;one-third have interdisciplinary education backgrounds;two-fifths have experience of working changes in universities at home and abroad.At the same time,the overall distribution of regions and universities is relatively balanced but the number of people is uneven.It is recommended to strengthen interdisciplinary integration,build a communication platform inside and outside the school,adhere to whole-process classified guidance and cultivation and precise support for relatively backward regions and universities.
