摘要 该文重点研究面向粤港澳大湾区机械类创新拔尖人才的培养模式。探讨采用基于竞赛驱动、科研引领的“三体融合、四阶递进”人才培养模式,主要包括立足思政体系的思政、课程和工程的“三体融合”,以及创新荣誉课程、项目实践、学科竞赛创新创业项目和教师科研项目四阶递进的创新拔尖人才培养途径,实现多元协同育人,培养具有解决复杂科学和工程问题的能力,以及具有团队合作和担当精神的创新拔尖人才。 This paper focuses on the research of the training model for top-notch innovative talents in mechanical engineering in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.It explores the competition-driven and scientific research-led talent training model based on“three-body integration,and four-level progression”,which mainly includes the three-body integration of ideological and political education,curriculum,and engineering based on the ideological and political system,as well as the four-level progression of innovative honor courses,project practice,innovation and entrepreneurship projects in discipline competition,and teachers’scientific research projects.It is a path for the training of top-notch innovative talents,which can realize diversified collaborative education.The aim is to explore and train students to have the ability to solve complex scientific and engineering problems,as well as top-notch innovative talents with teamwork and responsibility.
