关于学术型医学研究生实验仪器使用的教学经验

Teaching Experience on Operation of Experimental Instruments of Academic Medical Graduate Students

正确、规范地操作实验仪器是学术型医学研究生完成科研课题的必要保证,也是维护实验人员安全、实验平台稳定运转的可靠保证。然而,对学术型医学研究生进行系统、全面的实验仪器相关教学,却是目前研究生教育中容易忽视的环节。作者结合以往在研究生带教过程中的体会和经验,总结关于实验仪器使用的教学目标、教学内容、教学管理、教学方法等,旨在为教学同行提供参考。

Correct and standardized operation of experimental instruments is a necessary guarantee for academic medical graduate students to complete scientific research projects.Meanwhile,it is also a reliable guarantee for the safety of researchers,as well as stable operation of the laboratory platform.However,the systematic and comprehensive experimental instrument-related teaching of academic medical graduate students is usually ignored.Based on our previous experience,we summarized the teaching objectives,contents,managements as well as methods,so as to provide reference to peer colleges.
