公安联考体制下完善公安院校警务化管理工作的研究

Research on Perfecting the Policing Management Work in Public Security Colleges under the Public Security Joint Examination System

聚焦现行警务化管理模式的外在形式与内在精神,会发现公安联考体制对学生的主动性、教师的创新性与职业认同性提出了更高的要求。公安院校应以警为鲜明特色、忠为政治定力,更加突出政治建校的内在影响力,以保障公安人才的培养质量。同时刻画“四个铁一般”的公安铁军,警校生需要经历萌发到增强认同再到坚决维护的过程,期间不断发挥学生干部队伍的主动精神,绘制公安院校学生、教师、学校这三类主体的发展蓝图,培育符合习近平新时代公安工作要求的预备警察。

Focusing on the external form and internal spirit of the current policing management mode,it will be found that the public security joint examination system puts forward higher requirements for students’initiative,teachers’innovation and professional identity.Public security colleges should take police as the distinctive feature and loyalty as the political determination,so as to make the internal influence of political school more prominent,so as to ensure the high quality of public security talent transmission and training channels.To cultivate a strong public security team with four qualities,public security college students need to experience the process from generation to enhancing and then to resolute maintenance of their identity.During the period,public security colleges should give play to the initiative spirit of the student cadre team,and draw up a blueprint for the three main bodies of students,teachers and the college in public security colleges,so as to cultivate the preparatory police who conforms to Xi Jinping’s requirements for public security work in the new era.
