成人继续教育是我国教育体系中至关重要的一环,特别是当前我国经济社会不断发展的背景下,很多成人都存在进一步提升自我的诉求,而成人继续教可以为其提供强有力的保障。基于此,该文立足于此,深入分析了新时代面对高职院校成人继续教育发展转型的策略。

Adult continuing education is a crucial part of China’s education system,especially under the background of the continuous development of China’s economy and society.Many adults have the demand to further improve themselves,and adult continuing education can naturally provide a strong guarantee for them.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the strategy for the development and transformation of adult continuing education in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
