中高职院校思政课一体化实践探索——以天津市中高职学校思政课一体化培训与研究中心为例

要牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权,思想政治理论课是关键。做好中高职思政课一体化建设工作,是贯彻落实职业教育相关政策的必然要求,也是适应学生成长阶段性特征的客观要求。天津现代职业技术学院依托“天津市中高职学校思政课一体化培训与研究中心”,开展了诸多有益的实践探索,同时也遇到了体制机制不完善、教师培训不足、集体备课方式有待创新、理论研究欠缺等问题。解决这些问题,需要加强党委的领导,加大骨干教师培训力度,创新集体备课方式,进一步提高课程群建设水平和学术研究水平,建立和完善中高职思政课一体化建设评价机制。

To firmly grasp the leadership of ideological work,ideological and political theory courses are the key.Doing a good job in the integrated construction of ideological and political courses in secondary and higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for implementing the relevant policies of vocational education,and it is also an objective requirement to adapt to the characteristics of students’growth at different stages.Relying on the“Tianjin Integrated Training and Research Center for Ideological and Political Courses of Secondary and Higher Vocational Colleges”,Tianjin Modern Vocational Technology College carries out many useful practical explorations.At the same time,it also encounters some problems,such as imperfect system and mechanism,insufficient teacher training,and single methods of collective lesson preparation,and the lack of theoretical research.To solve these problems,it is necessary to strengthen the leadership of the Party committee,increase the training of key teachers,innovate the methods of collective lesson preparation,further improve the level of curriculum group construction and academic research,and establish and improve the evaluation mechanism for the integrated construction of ideological and political courses in secondary and higher vocational colleges.
