为深入推进海事电子巡查在“水上大交管”中的应用,通过介绍“水上大交管”的背景,强调新冠肺炎疫情下海事电子巡查的重要性,设计构建“陆海空天”全天候电子监控体系,并以深圳海事监管服务平台为例,详细阐述电子巡查在“水上大交管”中的7大功能实现及场景应用,发现实际工作中存在的问题并提出解决方案。

In order to further promote the application of electronic maritime inspection in the“Integrated Water Traffic Control”,the article introduces the background of“Integrated Water Traffic Control”and emphasizes the importance of electronic maritime inspection under the COVID-19 pandemic.Through the design and construction of the“land,sea,air and sky”all-weather electronic monitoring system,taking the Shenzhen maritime supervision and service platform as an example,it elaborates on the implementation of the seven major functions and scenario applications of electronic inspection in the“Integrated Water Traffic Control”,identifies the problems in actual practice,and proposes solutions.
