背景灯光对航标灯可识别性的影响及其规制措施

The Influence of Background Lighting to the Identifiability of Beacon Light and Associated Regulatory Measures

为研究背景灯光对航标灯可识别性的影响,预防港口水域船舶夜航事故,利用光学、色度学以及视觉功效学等原理,系统分析了背景灯光对航标灯亮度对比度、颜色对比度及船舶驾驶人员视觉绩效的影响。并以珠江口高栏港水域为例,通过对光环境的实测与评价,定量分析了该水域背景灯光对航标灯可识别性的影响程度,在此机理分析的基础上,分别从背景灯光管制、航标灯技术改造等方面提出了削减背景灯光对航标灯可识别性影响的规制措施。

In order to study the influence of background lights on the identifiability of marine lights and to prevent accidents of ships navigating at night in the harbor waters,the paper analyzes the impacts of background lights on the luminance contrast and color contrast of marine lights as well as the navigator’s visual performance based on the principles of optics,colorimetry,visual ergonomics and etc.Taking the branch channel of Gaolan Port International Container Terminal in the Pearl River Estuary as an example,the paper conducts actual survey and evaluation of the background light environment,carries out a quantitative study on the influence of background lights on the identifiability of marine lights.Based on the mechanism study,the paper puts forward regulatory measures for reducing such influence from the aspects of background control and technical alterations of marine light.
