基于甚高频数据交换系统(VDES)的航行警告信息播发研究

Research on Navigation Warning Information Broadcast on the Basis of VDES

基于甚高频数据交换系统(VDES),并结合2020年天津港水域航行警告信息的播发情况,对航行警告信息的通信信道使用特性、报文格式、播发形式展开研究,在ASM信道播发的基础上,增加VDE信道播发功能,使航行警告信息的播发效果得到大幅提升。

Focusing on the VHF Data Exchange System(VDES),the paper studies the characteristics of using the communication channels,format,and forms of broadcast of navigational warnings in view of the broadcast of navigational warnings at Tianjin port in 2020.Based on the broadcast at the application-specific messages(ASM)channel,the function of VDE channel broadcast is added to significantly enhance the broadcast of navigational warnings.
