考虑自适应实时调度的多电压等级直流配电网能量优化方法 被引量:7

摘要 利用直流配电网整合直流型分布式电源与电力负荷已经发展成为一种有效方式,然而,高比例强随机性源、荷的接入背景下,固定时间尺度的能量优化调度难以实现直流配电网较低成本投入下的经济性优化运行。提出一种考虑自适应实时调度的多电压等级直流配电网能量优化方法。首先,基于直流配电网净负荷特征,建立了直流配电网实时调度自适应时间尺度模型;然后,基于多电压等级直流配电网分层的结构特点,构建了多电压等级直流配电网分层、多时间尺度滚动优化调度框架,并且,在实时优化调度层,综合配电网源荷匹配率与总运行成本之间的博弈,提出了自适应实时调度方法。基于提出的方法,通过直流配电网各个可调控单元分层、多时间尺度的能量优化,实现了直流配电网的可靠运行以及供需两侧的综合效益最大化。算例以某直流配电网示范工程网架进行验证,表明所提出方法的合理性和有效性。 It has become an effective way to integrate DC Distributed Generation and power load by using DC distribution network.However,under the background of high proportion and strong randomness of source and load connection,the fixed time scale energy optimal scheduling is difficult to realize the economic optimal operation of DC distribution network under low cost investment.This paper proposes an energy optimization method that considers adaptive real-time scheduling.First,based on the net load characteristics of DC distribution network,an adaptive time scale model for real-time dispatching of the DC distribution network is established;then,based on the hierarchical structural characteristics of the multi-voltage-level DC distribution network,the layered and multi-timescale rolling optimization scheduling framework for the multi-voltage-level DC distribution network is constructed.At the real-time optimization scheduling layer,the game between the source-load matching rate and the total operating cost of the distribution network is integrated,and an adaptive real-time scheduling method is proposed.Based on the method proposed in this paper,through the layered and multi-timescale energy optimization of each controllable unit of the DC distribution network,the reliable operation of the DC distribution network and the comprehensive benefits of both supply and demand sides are maximized.The calculation example is verified by the grid structure of a DC distribution network demonstration project,showing the rationality and effectiveness of this method.
