构建服务全民的现代终身教育体系是我国实现教育现代化的重要目标之一。在电大转型时期,贵州开放大学要厘清内部的优势、劣势,抓住机遇、迎接挑战,通过健全终身教育体系、坚持特色发展和错位发展、扩大非学历教育、加强教师队伍培养、大力加强宣传引导、加强各类学习型组织建设,服务社会成员终身学习要求,为社会主义现代化强国建设作出贡献。

Constructing a modern lifelong education system serving the people wholly is one of the important goals of realizing educational modernization in our country.During the transformation of TV university,Guizhou Open University should clarify its internal advantages and disadvantages,seize opportunities and meet challenges,strengthen the construction of various types of learning organizations by improving the lifelong education system,adhering to development with distinctive features and development at the wrong place,expanding non-academic education,strengthening the training of teachers,and vigorously strengthening publicity and guidance,serving the lifelong learning requirements of social members and make contributions to the building of a strong socialist country through modernization.
