云计算、物联网、大数据等新技术引领着新一轮技术革命,“互联网+”时代应运而生。“互联网+”为创新开展干部网络教育培训工作提供了先进的理论支撑、丰富的实现形式和有力的技术保障。文章以常德市干部教育培训网络学院为研究对象,结合学习资源、基础设施建设和个性化需求等方面存在的问题,探索在“互联网+”时代背景下干部网络教育培训实践的新思路。

Cloud computing,the web of things,big data,and other new technologies are leading a new round of technological revolution;"the Internet+"era arises at the historic moment,which provides advanced theoretical support,rich realization forms,and powerful technical guarantee for cadre network education and training.Taking The Cadre Education and Training Network College at Changde city as the research object,this paper explores new ideas of cadre education and training practice in the era of"the Internet+"by combining the problems in learning resources,infrastructure construction,and personalized needs,etc.
