新巴拿马型散货船满足EEDI第3阶段方案分析 被引量:4

摘要 根据《MARPOL附则Ⅵ修正案》要求,自2025年1月1日起签订造船合同的散货船须满足能效设计指数(Energy Efficiency Design Index,EEDI)第3阶段要求,目前世界范围内的大部分散货船仍难以满足此要求。结合正在研发的新巴拿马型散货船项目,介绍综合节能方法、轴带发电机方案、轴带发电机+节能装置方案、主机选型方案等关键技术,并根据EEDI公式计算各方案理论值。结果表明,除综合节能方法节能效果有限外,其他几种方案理论上均满足EEDI第3阶段要求,可为相关船型节能减排技术提供参考。 According to the requirements of Amendments to MARPOL Annex Ⅵ,the bulk carriers signed the shipbuilding contracts from January 1,2025 must meet the requirements of Energy Efficiency Design Index(EEDI)Phase Ⅲ,but most bulk carriers in the world at present still do not.Combined with the new Panamax bulk carrier project under development,the key technologies such as comprehensive energy-saving method,axle generator scheme,axle generator+energy-saving device scheme,and main engine selection scheme are introduced,and the theoretical values of each scheme are calculated according to the EEDI formula.The results show that,except that the comprehensive energy-saving method is of limited energy-saving effect,the other schemes theoretically meet the requirements of EEDI Phase Ⅲ,which can provide reference for the energy-saving and emission reduction technologies of related ship form.
