极地航行油船舱内液体制荡方法

Methods for Controlling Fluid Sloshing in Cabin of Polar Oil Tanks

摘要 航行于碎冰区的液货船舱室内的液体会因碎冰载荷的作用而产生晃动,从而对船舶的稳性产生负面影响。对此,通过元胞机技术建立碎冰域,采用商业有限元软件PATRAN建立船体模型,利用LS-DYNA模拟液货船的冰区航行过程,获得碎冰载荷对舱室液体的影响。通过对不同柔性挡板的减摇能力进行对比,利用ANSYSFluent软件得出最佳的减少晃动的方式。计算方法和所得结果可供冰区航行的油船舱室设计参考。 The liquid cargo ship sailing in the crushed ice region produces cabin liquid sloshing due to the crushed ice load,which has a negative impact on ship’s stability.In this regard,the broken ice region is established by cellular technology.Commercial finite element software PATRAN is used to build the ship model,and LS-DYNA is used to simulate the ice travel process of liquid cargo ship,and the effect of crushed ice load on the cabin fluid is obtained.By comparing the stabilizing abilities of different flexible baffles,the best way to reduce the sloshing is obtained by ANSYS Fluent.The calculation method and results are of great reference value to the cabin design of oil tankers sailing in the ice region.
