摘要
为解决SCR流场及喷氨控制存在的问题,以某660 MW机组为研究对象,提出一种SCR流场及喷氨控制优化方案。应用结果表明,该方案可提高SCR入口烟气流场均匀性,减少SCR出口NOx浓度波动,降低分区出口NOx浓度偏差,减少过量喷氨现象。
In order to solve the problems of SCR flow field and ammonia injection control,an optimization scheme of SCR flow field and ammonia injection control is proposed for a 660 MW unit.The application results show that the scheme can improve the uniformity of flue gas flow field,reduce the fluctuation of NOx concentration at the outlet of SCR,reduce the deviation of NOx concentration at the outlet of zone,and reduce the phenomenon of excessive ammonia injection.
