预防护理联合健康教育对胃癌患者发生医院获得性感染的影响

Effect of preventive care combined with health education on nosocomial infection in patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨预防护理联合健康教育在胃癌患者发生医院获得性感染的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2019年10月间西安国际医学中心收治的60例发生医院获得性感染的胃癌患者作为研究对象。根据采取的护理方法不同进行分组,实施常规护理的30例患者纳入对照组,给予预防护理联合健康教育的30例患者纳入研究组。比较两组患者的体温异常情况、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者体温异常率为10.1%,低于对照组患者的36.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者心理状态、自我定位、精神状况和行为能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者满意率为76.7%,高于对照组患者的30.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防护理联合健康教育在预防胃癌患者发生医院获得性感染中具有较好的作用,对患者体温有显著影响,有效提升患者的生活质量,提高患者满意度,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of preventive care combined with health education on nosocomial infection in patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with gastric cancer complicated with nosocomial infection were selected at Xi’an International Medical Center from January 2016 to October 2019. They were categorized into different groups based on the nursing care they received. Thirty patients receiving preventive care combined with health education were enrolled in an experimental group and 30 patients receiving conventional nursing were enrolled in a control group. The abnormal temperature,quality of life and patient satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The abnormal temperature rate 10. 1% in the experimental group which was lower than 36. 7% of the control group( P< 0. 05). The scores of psychological state,self-orientation,mental status and behavior ability were higher in the experimental group than in the control group( all P< 0. 05). Patient satisfaction rate was76. 7% in the experimental group,which was higher than 30. 0% of the control group. Conclusion Preventive care combined with health education has a good effect on the occurrence of nosocomial infection in patients with gastric cancer. It has a significant effect on the body temperature,and it effectively improves quality of life and patient satisfaction. It is worthy of promotion and application.
