从半表半里论治儿童病毒性肺炎,病因为小儿阳气偏盛,故感受外邪更易从阳化热,热极生火,火热结聚,致清阳不升,浊阴不降。临床以寒热往来、气机郁滞为主要症状,治疗当以疏通气机、交通上下、透达内外、调和气血为主。给予小柴胡汤合升降散加减既和解表里,又畅通上下,使得气机通畅,透达内外。附案例1则,以资验证。

This paper discusses differentiation and treatment of children with virus pneumonia from semi-exte-rior and semi-interior,the etiology is superabundance of yangqi in children results in attack by exogenous pathogenic factors more susceptible to transformation of heat from yang and extreme heat producing fire;Accumulation of fire and heat causes failure of lucid yang to rise and turbid yin failing to descend.In clinical practice,with alternative chills and fever and qi activity stagnation as the main symptom,the treatment should focus on facilitating functional activities of qi,promoting interaction between upper and lower,expelling inside and outside,and harmonizing qi and blood.The modification of Xiaochaihu Tang(小柴胡汤)combined Shengjiang San(升降散)not only harmonizes the exterior and interior,but also smooths upper and lower,making qi activities unobstructed and the pathogenic factors outthrust through the interior and the exterior.One case is attached for verification.
