自拟清心止遗方治疗小儿遗尿症心肾不交型30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of enuresis in children with disharmony between heart and kidney type treated by self-made Qingxin Zhiyi Fang(清心止遗方)

目的观察自拟清心止遗方治疗小儿遗尿症心肾不交型的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月至2020年7月通辽市中医医院儿科门诊治疗的遗尿症心肾不交型患儿60例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组口服盐酸甲氯芬酯胶囊,每日1次,睡前0.5 h服用;治疗组予中药自拟清心止遗方,并随症加减,早晚分服。2组均连续治疗4周后统计临床疗效。结果治疗前2组主要症状、次要症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后2组主要症状、次要症状积分均明显下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为83.4%(25/30),治疗组为93.4%(28/30),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候积分总有效率为90.0%(27/30),对照组为80.0%(24/30),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟清心止遗方治疗小儿遗尿症心肾不交型,能明显改善患儿临床症状,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Qingxin Zhiyi Fang(清心止遗方)in the treatment of enuresis in children with disharmony between heart and kidney type.Methods From May 2019 to July 2020,60 cases of enuresis in children with disharmony between heart and kidney type treated in pediatric outpatient department of Tongliao Municipal Hospital of TCM were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of meclofenoxate hydrochloride capsules,once per day,which was taken at 0.5 hour before bedtime.The treatment group was given Qingxin Zhiyi Fang,which was modified according to symptoms,and was taken in the morning and evening separately.We kept statistics about the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups after 4 weeks of continuous treatment.Results Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in the scores of cardinal and assident symptoms between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the scores of cardinal and assident symptoms in the 2 groups significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the decrease in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 83.4%(25/30)in the control group and 93.4%(28/30)in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome score was 90.0%(27/30)in the treatment group and 80.0%(24/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the children patients with marked efficacy to use self-made Qingxin Zhiyi Fang in the treatment of enuresis in children with disharmony between heart and kidney type,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
