循经刮痧联合三拗片治疗小儿风寒咳嗽42例临床观察

Clinical observation on 42 cases of wind-cold cough in children treated by cutaneous scraping along meridian combined with San'ao Pian(三拗片)

目的观察循经刮痧联合三拗片治疗小儿风寒咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1—12月于余姚市妇幼保健院儿科就诊的风寒咳嗽患儿84例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各42例。对照组给予三拗片口服,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予循经刮痧治疗,2组均连续治疗7 d后统计临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为69.05%(29/42),治疗组为85.71%(36/42),2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组主症、次症积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后2组主症、次症积分均显著下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论循经刮痧联合三拗片治疗小儿风寒咳嗽临床疗效显著,无明显不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cutaneous scraping along meridian combined with San’ao Pian(三拗片)in the treatment of children with wind-cold cough.Methods From January to December in 2019,84 children with wind-cold cough consulted in pediatrics department of Yuyao Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of San’ao Pian,on this basis,the treatment group was given cutaneous scraping along meridian.We kept statistics about the clinical efficacy after the 2 groups were both continuously treated for 7 days.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 69.05%(29/42),that of the treatment group was 85.71%(36/42),and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in cardinal symptom score and assident symptom score between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,cardinal symptom score and assident symptom score of the 2 groups significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion It has marked clinical efficacy without marked incidence of adverse reactions to use cutaneous scraping along meridian combined with San’ao Pian in the treatment of children with wind-cold cough,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
