赓续伟大建党精神,坚持真理、坚守理想,须建设马克思主义学习型政党。从理论逻辑看,学习是马克思主义政党使命所内涵的基因;从历史逻辑看,中国共产党依靠学习创造了百年辉煌,老一辈无产阶级革命家大多是通过学习理论走上革命道路,毛泽东提出的党的建设伟大工程首先是思想建设,重视学习是我们党推动事业发展的成功经验;从实践逻辑看,加强学习是中国共产党走向未来的必然要求。崇尚学习是在第二个百年奋斗目标中领导社会革命和自我革命的需要,要学习书本特别是马克思主义理论、历史特别是以党史为重点的"四史"、以及实践特别是群众的实践创造,学习理论最有效的方法是通过读原著悟原理并且学以致用。

To continue the great party building spirit,adhere to the truth and ideals,we must build a Marxist learning party.From the perspective of theoretical logic,learning is the gene of the Marxist political party mission.From the perspective of historical logic,the Communist Party of China has created a century of brilliance by learning.Most of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries embarked on the revolutionary road through learning theory.The great project of party building proposed by Mao Zedong is firstly ideological construction and attaching importance to learning is the successful experience of our party in promoting the development of the cause.From the perspective of practical logic,strengthening learning is the inevitable requirement for the Communist Party of China to move towards the future.Advocating learning is the need to lead social revolution and self-revolution in the second Centenary Goal.We should study books,especially Marxist theory,history,especially the"four histories"focusing on Party History,and practice,especially the practical creation of the masses.The most effective way to learn theory is to understand the principles through reading the original works and apply what you have learned.
