国外新型冠状病毒变异株疫苗研发与评价技术要求的比较与分析

摘要
目前,新冠疫情仍在持续流行,且新型冠状病毒(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)仍在不断变异[1-4]。其中,病毒基因序列的突变组合可导致病毒的传播力、致病力和/或免疫原性等发生明显改变[5-8]。
