摘要
针对冀东油田超过4000 m的预探井在钻井施工中发生的长时间划眼、井塌等井壁失稳问题,从地应力、钻井液性能、配套工程措施等方面对井壁失稳原因进行分析,形成了封堵固结、抑制水化、力学支撑、减少浸泡与完善工程措施等井壁稳定关键技术。在深探井钻井施工中推广该技术,应用效果显著,现场钻井井壁稳定效果明显改善。
Aiming at the borehole wall instability problems such as long reaming time and well collapse in the drilling construction of pre-exploration wells with a depth of more than 4000 m in Jidong Oilfield,the causes of borehole wall instability are analyzed from the aspects of in-situ stress,drilling fluid performance and supporting engineering measures.Some wellbore stability technologies such as plugging consolidation,hydration inhibition,mechanical support,reducing immersion and improving engineering measures are formed,and have been popularized and applied in the drilling construction of deep exploration wells,and the wellbore stability effect of on-site drilling has been significantly improved.
