在人工智能背景下,新闻的阅读、写作及新闻的价值都突破了传统的模式和意义。突发事件及突发事件新闻是政府和社会关注的重要事件和重要新闻,研究突发事件新闻的模型信息提取和模型写作比以往任何时候都显得重要。适合这种目标的新闻突发事件模型是语义模型,文章以事件语义为基本单位,建构面向突发事件新闻生成和信息抽取的突发事件语义模型。不同的突发事件存在着统一的因果链条,事件模型各部分及链条节点、要素在词汇使用上具有规律性,这些规律性的表现所体现出的篇章架构为文本生成和信息抽取提供基础。事件模型思维以及突发事件语义模型的建构不仅对处理突发事件有重要意义,也是智能化建设的具体体现。

Under the background of artificial intelligence,the reading and writing about news and the value of news have broken through the traditional model and meaning.Emergent events and news are important events and news that the government and society pay close attention to.Research on model information extraction and model writing of emergency news is more important than ever before.This paper takes event semantics as the basic unit to construct a semantic model for news generation and information extraction of emergency events.Different emergencies have a unified causal chain.Each part of the event model,chain nodes and elements have regular expressions in terms of vocabulary.The textual structure reflected by the regularity provides the basis for text generation and information extraction.The thinking of event model and the construction of semantic model of emergency are not only of great significance to deal with emergency,but also the concrete embodiment of intelligent construction.
