摘要 构建互联网提升高技术产业创新效率的理论框架,在理论研究互联网促进高技术产业创新效率的作用机制基础上,结合2006—2016年中国省级面板数据,运用门槛回归模型,实证分析互联网发展与高技术产业创新效率的非线性关系。研究发现,互联网发展对高技术产业创新效率存在边际报酬递增的正向非线性影响;互联网对高技术产业的创新溢出效应存在显著的环境约束机制,随着金融发展水平的提高,呈现倒U型动态特征,但对外开放程度的提高,将削弱互联网对高技术产业创新效率的促进作用。提出加强互联网建设,推动互联网高质量发展;深入推进互联网与高技术产业融合创新发展;有序推进金融发展,完善对外开放政策等建议。 Based on the theoretical research on the mechanism of Internet promoting the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries,the nonlinear relationship between Internet development and the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries was empirically analyzed by using threshold regression model based on the panel data of China′s provincial level from 2006 to 2016.The results show that Internet development has a positive nonlinear effect on the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries.The spillover effect of Internet on innovation in high-tech industries has a significant environmental constraint mechanism.With the improvement of financial development level,it presents an inverted U-shaped dynamic feature.However,with the improvement of the degree of opening to the outside world,the promotion effect of Internet on innovation efficiency of high-tech industries will be weakened.To strengthen Internet construction and promote high-quality development of the Internet,we will extensively and deeply promote the integration,innovation and development of the Internet and high-tech industries.We will promote financial development in an orderly manner and improve the opening-up policy.
