摘要 光热发电具有清洁、调节性能好、配有储能系统等特点。以新疆电网为研究对象,对新疆电网发展光热发电进行了效益评估。以周为尺度,计算新疆电网光热发电投入运行后全年8760 h的电力系统运行状态,计及了机组启停、水电跨日调节、抽蓄跨日调节、光热电站的跨日调节等因素。采用新能源弃电量、火电发电量、储能电源发电量、运行煤耗等多种指标全方位衡量光热的发电成本和效益,计算了光热电站的容量效益、电量效益,分析了光热发电在保证新能源弃电率不变的情况下,提高新能源消纳占比的可行性。研究成果可为新疆光热电站效益评估研究提供参考。 The concentrating solar power(CSP)technology has the characteristics of cleanliness,good regulation performance,and energy storage systems.This paper takes Xinjiang Power Grid as the research object and evaluates the benefits of the development of CSP in Xinjiang Power Grid.On a weekly basis,calculate the operating status of the Xinjiang Power Grid for 8760 hours after the solar thermal power generation is put into operation,taking into account unit start and shutdown,hydropower inter-daily adjustment,pumped storage inter-daily adjustment,and solar-thermal power plant inter-day adjustment,etc.factor The cost and benefit of solar thermal power generation are measured in an all-round way by using multiple indicators such as new energy curtailment,thermal power generation,energy storage power generation,and operating coal consumption.The capacity and electricity benefits of CSP stations are calculated,and the solar thermal power generation is analyzed.Under the circumstance that the curtailment rate of new energy remains unchanged,it is feasible to increase the proportion of new energy consumption.The research achievement could offer reference for the evaluation and study of the CSP power station benefit of Xinjiang power grid.
