摘要 为了充分认识柱塞在井筒的运行规律及柱塞上行速度对其排液的影响,以X井区的智能柱塞井为研究对象,依托智能柱塞内置的加速度传感器并结合井身结构,得到柱塞运行过程中沿井筒的速度分布特征。根据井斜角不同,将此S型井柱塞运行路径大致分为:直井+造斜段(井斜角0°~25°)、稳斜段(井斜角25°)、降斜段(井斜角25°~11.5°)。柱塞在不同井段受力不同导致速度变化。结果表明:(1)柱塞在S型井上行下行过程中并非匀速运动,而是呈现变速运动。这主要受井斜和气流量的影响,柱塞所受合力变化导致加速度变化进而引起速度变化,且呈现出一定规律性。(2)柱塞上行速度大于2.5 m/s时具有良好的气举排液效果;泡排可以增强柱塞气举排液的效果,使柱塞在速度较低时仍能正常排液。此研究探明了柱塞井下运行速度的规律,为柱塞运行提供了强有力的理论支撑。依此理论优化柱塞运行制度后,柱塞具有较好的排水采气效果。 In order to fully understand the running law of the plunger in the wellbore and the effect of the upward speed of the plunger on its de-liquification,and provide theoretical and practical guidance data for the make of drainage and gas recovery strategy in the X well block,we take the intelligent plunger wells as the research object and get the speed distribution along the wellbore in the running process by its built-in acceleration sensor combined with the wellbore structure through the intelligent plunger.According to well inclination,the wellbore trajectory of this S-type well is roughly divided into:straight+deviation increase segment(0°-25°),deviated segment(well inclination=25°),deviation decrease segment(25°-11.5°).The plunger changes in speed due to different forces in different well segments.The results show that(1)the plunger is not a constant speed movement in the up and down process of the S-type well,but presents the characteristics of variable speed move,which is mainly influenced by the inclination of the well and the gas rate,and the change of the resultant force of the plunger leads to the change of acceleration and thus causes the change of speed,and shows a certain regularity;(2)The foam agent can enhance the effect of the plunger gas lift de-watering when the upward speed of the plunger is greater than 2.5m/s,while the plunger can still de-water normally at a lower speed.This study has proved the law of the underground running speed of the plunger and provided a strong theoretical support for the operation of the plunger.According to this theory,the plunger has better drainage and gas recovery effect after optimizing the plunger operation regime.
