因大部分冶金机械设备的结构复杂,在确保冶金机械设备安装后,可以安全高效的运行是目前冶金企业需要重视的问题。本文归纳了冶金机械设备在运行过程当中常见的故障及故障的特点,对出现故障后的诊断和检修工作进行了深入研究,希望通过本文研究可以为其他冶金企业的机械设备故障维修在过程中提供一定的借鉴价值。

Due to the complex structure of most metallurgical machinery and equipment,ensuring the safe and efficient operation of metallurgical machinery and equipment after installation is a problem that metallurgical enterprises need to pay attention to.This paper summarizes the common faults and fault characteristics of metallurgical mechanical equipment in the operation process,and makes an in-depth study on the diagnosis and maintenance after the fault.It is hoped that this research can provide a certain reference value for the fault maintenance of mechanical equipment in other metallurgical enterprises.
