露天矿山机电设备安全管理存在的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures of safety management of electromechanical equipment in open pit mines

近年来,我国矿山行业已然进入了转型发展的新阶段,传统的人工生产逐步被机械化、智能化生产所取代,尤其在露天矿山生产中所使用的机电设备多为大型设备,常常会由于环境问题、操作问题、设备超负荷运行等引发机电设备的安全事故。因此,在露天矿山安全生产标准化目标的推进中,机电设备安全管理已然成为了重点性的工作。本文就露天矿山机电设备安全管理的问题展开研究,分析相应的管理对策,对提升各类机电设备的可靠性有着重要的作用。

In recent years,China's mining industry has entered a new stage of transformation and development,and traditional manual production is gradually replaced by mechanized and intelligent production,especially in the production of electromechanical equipment used in open-pit mines are mostly large equipment,which often causes safety accidents of electromechanical equipment due to environmental problems,operation problems,and overload operation of equipment.Therefore,the safety management of electromechanical equipment has become a key task in the promotion of the standardization of production safety in open pit mines.In this paper,we study the safety management of electromechanical equipment in open pit mines and analyze the corresponding management countermeasures,which are important for improving the reliability of various electromechanical equipment.
