摘要
云南某多金属矿细粒锡石浮选采用浮选工艺进行选别,细粒锡石浮选组合捕收剂采用JSY-19使用,捕收剂组分中含有砷元素,对水体污染严重,尾矿外排困难。根据实验室试验推广到工业试验:采用新型环保组合捕收剂SN-705与YT-1替换JSY-19,该组合药剂具有捕收能力强的特点,且分子结构中无有害环境的元素。起泡剂用松油、调整剂为NaOH、NaCO_(3)、P86。工业试验结果表明,采用Na_(2)CO_(3)与NaOH溶解混合锡石捕收剂YT-1与SN-705,可获得锡粗精矿品位8.453%、作业回收率74.63%的工业试验指标,细粒锡石浮选尾矿含砷品位0.049%,符合特别排放限值含砷小于0.08mg/L的要求,实现环保高效回收。
Fine Cassiterite flotation of a polymetallic ore in Yunnan adopts flotation process for separation,and the combined collector of Fine Cassiterite flotation uses jsy-19.The collector component contains arsenic,which seriously pollutes the water body and makes it difficult to discharge the tailings.According to the laboratory test and industrial test,jsy-19 is replaced by new environmental protection combined collector sn-705 and YT-1,which has the characteristics of strong collection ability and no harmful elements in the molecular structure.The foaming agent is pine oil and the regulator is NaOH,NaCO_(3) and p86.The industrial test results show that using Na_(2)CO_(3) and NaOH to dissolve and mix cassiterite collectors YT-1 and sn-705,the industrial test indexes of tin coarse concentrate grade 8.453%and operation recovery 74.63%can be obtained,and the arsenic grade of Fine Cassiterite flotation tailings is 0.049%,which meets the special emission limit of arsenic less than 0.08mg/l,realizing environmental protection and efficient recovery.
