摘要
在对铝合金材料进行加工时,如若操作工艺不当,很容易出现变形的现象,因此必须要按照铝合金的基本特点,采取合理的手段来有效控制变形产生的概率。基于此,本文以铝合金薄壁腔体类零件加工为研究对象,分析其出现变形的具体原因,给出加工成形的技术要点,旨在为保障铝合金零件的质量提供理论上的支持。
In the processing of aluminum alloy,if the operation process is improper,it is easy to deform,so we must take reasonable measures to effectively control the probability of deformation according to the basic characteristics of aluminum alloy.Based on this,this paper takes the processing of aluminum alloy thin-walled cavity parts as the research object,analyzes the specific reasons for its deformation,and gives the technical points of processing forming,in order to provide theoretical support for ensuring the quality of aluminum alloy parts.
