摘要
本文主要通过分析500kA铝电解槽槽型发展的优越性和设计特点,对国内前期投入的500kA系列运行状况进行分析与总结,找出目前500kA系列存在的问题,提出下一步整体槽型设计、工艺优化和配套设置等改进思路与方向。
The advantages and design features of 500kA scale aluminum cell are analyzed in the paper.The operation status of the present 500kA series production lines early invested in China are also analyzed and summarized and then the problems currently existing in the 500kA series are found out.Finally the improvement ideas and direction of the integrated cell design and technique optimization and the supporting facilities are put forward.
