提高矿井主排水泵运行效率的探讨

摘要 矿井主排水系统安全可靠地运行,这对于矿井安全和生产提供了重要保障。目前我国大型矿井主排水系统中仍然有一些系统性差、管理困难以及自动化程度低等问题。矿井的主排水泵作为一种主要耗能装置,运行效率的好坏和高低从很大的程度上直接影响能源的消耗,同时这个问题也是目前我们所面临的难题。本文阐明了现阶段各个矿井的主排水泵运行中所遇到的主要问题,分析了水泵损坏的原因和机理,同时进一步探讨如何改善和提升水泵效率这一个关键性的问题。以及为矿井主要排水泵的有效运行和使用提供一些帮助。本文提出了一种全新的设计思路,通过优化和改进,对矿井污水处理系统的传统设计进行优化,对矿井主要排水系统的设计思路与方法做了进一步探讨。 The mine main drainage system runs safely and reliably,which provides an important guarantee for mine safety and production.At present,there are still some problems in the main drainage system of large mine,such as poor systematicness,difficult management and low degree of automation.As a main energy consumption device,the operation efficiency of the main drainage pump of the mine directly affects the energy consumption to a great extent.At the same time,this problem is also a difficult problem we are facing at present.This paper expounds the main problems encountered in the operation of the main drainage pump of each mine at the present stage,analyzes the cause and mechanism of the pump damage,and further discusses how to improve and enhance the efficiency of the pump,which is a key problem.And provide some help for the effective operation and use of the main drainage pump.This paper puts forward a new design idea,through optimization and improvement,the traditional design of mine sewage treatment system is optimized,and the design idea and method of mine main drainage system are further discussed.
