摘要
本文研究了电解液中羟乙基纤维素浓度、Cl^(-)浓度及活性炭加入量对电解铜箔常温和高温条件下抗拉伸性能的影响。试验结果表明,最加工工艺条件为电解液中羟乙基纤维素浓度3.0mg/L,Cl^(-)含量20mg/L和活性炭添加量80mg/L。在此条件下,电解铜箔常温抗拉强度为337.31MPa,常温伸长率为9.07%,高温抗拉强度为255.49MPa,高温伸长率为6.42%,铜箔毛面粗糙度Rz值为5.39微米,能满足特殊高端印刷线路板的使用要求。
The effects of the concentration of hydroxyethyl cellulose,Cl^(-) and the amount of activated carbon in the electrolyte on the tensile properties of electrolytic copper foil at room temperature and high temperature were studied.The results showed that the optimum processing conditions were 3.0 mg/L of hydroxyethyl cellulose,20 mg/L of Cl^(-) and 80 mg/L of activated carbon.Under these conditions,the tensile strength of electrolytic copper foil at room temperature is 337.31 MPa,the elongation at room temperature is 9.07%,the tensile strength at high temperature is 255.49 MPa,the elongation at high temperature is 6.42%,and the roughness Rz value of copper foil surface is 5.39 micron,which can meet the application requirements of special high-end printed circuit boards.
